Apply aloe vera to soothe any hot spots. For best results, avoid sun exposure for a week and activities that cause sweating for 24 hours. Don’t pluck or wax hairs, get other skin treatments for two weeks, or use hot water, makeup, or perfume on the area for 24 to 48 hours.
